Faborit is a chain of healthy cafés with over 20 locations in Madrid, Barcelona and Logroño.
From the first location I designed, Faborit Fira Barcelona, I've been introducing changes to the aesthetics of the interiors of the cafés, in order for them to be aligned with the brand values: healthy fast food, fresh ingredients, urban, friendly, affordable, simple.

BRAND VALUES / KEYWORDS
Even though there isn't one specific target (everyone likes a good wrap, a nice specialty coffee or a fresh juice), it's in areas with a large concentration of office buildings where Faborit finds its average customer: a worker with a short lunch break that likes to eat out of the office every day, appreciates the variety and the healthy options of the menu, and loves a good coffee and breakfast in the morning.
Before 2016, the interior design concept left aside some of the brand values, such as 'urban' and 'simple', and was a bit too eclectic, mixing up the industrial and rustic, resulting in an confusing, cheesy atmosphere. The 'fresh' value was overstated by using many different rusty, eroded textures.
Each new location incorporates small changes in order to bring better solutions to the challenges that these kinds of cafés face: high traffic flow in rush hours, long queues, mostly one or two people sitting at a big table, loud dining area, etc.
The layout is designed to increase the number of customers being served at a time, to avoid any disturbances that a high traffic flow may cause to the guests or empty seats at a table.
The lighting concept and the acoustic ceilings bring a more friendly and comfortable experience to the guests.
